Self Defense Training

Self-defense is a countermeasure that involves defending the health and well-being of oneself from harm.

Self defense shooting drills combine a wide variety of necessary combat/defensive style tactics that will help you build not only accuracy and quick acquisition but also the muscle memory needed

We perform several different types of defensive tactic's drills

​

These drills are all timed with a shot timer, and all drills will be done out of the holster in the concealed position
