TRAINING:
Training is teaching, or developing in oneself or others, any skills, knowledge or fitness that relate to specific useful competencies. Training has specific goals of improving one's capability, capacity, productivity and performance.
At Rescue74CPR we believe in training. Training is a fundamental skill builder that will help develop the necessary muscle memory needed to react in certain situations. Most skills we learn are what we call "perishable". Meaning that if you stop using them our brain and body forget how to perform them. By training frequently and developing the necessary skills, muscle memory and building upon the "good habits" you will find yourself acting on instinct rather than wasting time trying to think about what you need to do.
